Jane leads the Global Sustainability & Social Impact Practice at Finn Partners. She is an award-winning authority on ESG (environmental, social and governance) policy, performance and communications with over 25 years of experience.
Jane is a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies across a variety of global industries including travel & tourism, consumer products and healthcare on ESG strategy, execution and communications. She has extensive sustainable development expertise working in more than 30 countries, including Afghanistan, Belize, China, Jamaica, Ghana, Russia and South Africa and has lived and worked in many European countries including Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy and the UK.
Jane served as a World Bank official for 12 years advising governments on ESG policies, stakeholder engagement and public-private partnerships. She served on the Bank’s Community Outreach Committee, the Development Marketplace assessment team and was the World Bank representative to the International Literacy Network. Jane has also held positions at the European Union, CARE and UNICEF.
Jane is a sought-after speaker on sustainability issues, particularly human rights, responsible & sustainable tourism and ESG disclosure. Her speaking engagements include: the Global Resilience Summit, the Tourism Resilience Summit of the Americas, the African Resilience Summit, the Milken Global Conference, the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, the Jonas Salk Centenary Symposium on Sustainability and the United Nations Global Compact LEAD Symposium. Jane is a guest lecturer for the U.S. State Department and has toured Moldova and Mongolia advising on best practices in sustainability.
The International Institute for Peace through Tourism (IIPT) awarded Jane the Celebrating Her Award for her efforts in promoting CSR & Sustainability. Jane was named CSR Professional of the Year, PR Professional of the Year and CSR A-List by PRNews.
