The Resilience Council session welcomed Nico Nicholas | Trees4Travel, Hazel McGuire | Intrepid Travel and Dr. Ripin Kalra | ICF to discuss ‘What is GREENWASHING and how can we avoid it?’.

The session found that 42% attendees felt quite confident about talking about sustainability, 36% go that extra step and ensure they are giving back more than they are using when it comes to sustainability and the top two suggestions that our sector can enhance sustainability and/or avoid greenwashing were transparency and communication.
