GTTP becomes knowledge partner of WTTC to advance global tourism education

The Global Travel and Tourism Partnership (GTTP) is delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC), establishing a significant new knowledge partnership. This collaboration will bring together GTTP’s deep expertise in global tourism education and WTTC’s leadership in industry insights to support the growth of a sustainable and inclusive travel and tourism sector.

Through this partnership, GTTP and WTTC aim to provide students and young professionals with unparalleled access to industry knowledge, resources, and emerging trends that will help shape the future of global tourism. This new alliance will further GTTP’s commitment to empowering the next generation with the tools they need to enter and excel in the tourism workforce.

Under the MoU, GTTP and WTTC will work closely to:

  • Develop educational materials to reflect current trends and innovations in tourism

  • Host events, webinars, and workshops that offer students insight into industry developments and career opportunities

  • Promote sustainable tourism practices and encourage responsible travel among the next generation of tourism professionals
